What a dire service. they failed to deliver to my house on a redelivery, it's ok I wasted ALL day waiting for them...they tried to deliver to another house.
I asked if they had a photo to prove they had been today, they didn't. they offered to redleliver tomorrow...no time slot, just sometime.
Clearly their time is more precious than mine,
Great customer service would have been " Sorry Miss Smith, we tried to deliver to the wrong house, let is reschedule for tomorrow and offer you our before 10am service."
No..."sorry there is nothing I can do to help you" is not good customer service
