When I ordered on line, it showed that next day delievery was available; my debit card was accepted and I was given an order number.
On the delivery day I had a phone call apologising that delivery was not availble, and that I would be refunded, I emailed, asking for written confirmation of this cancellation and refund, but received no reply.
