My order was not delivered, and I would have liked written confirmation of my account being refunded.

When I ordered on line, it showed that next day delievery was available; my debit card was accepted and I was given an order number.
On the delivery day I had a phone call apologising that delivery was not availble, and that I would be refunded, I emailed, asking for written confirmation of this cancellation and refund, but received no reply.

Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry it was not possible to complete your order on this occasion, please be assured however that our Customer Service team had exhausted every option and it was only with regret they had contacted you.

The payment was voided and so would have never been taken from your account.
