I ordered an item for my father as a Christmas present, and like the rest of you, only read these reviews after ordering!
After contacting the number given on this website several times, with no answer or response I contacted Nationwide to make a claim.
Strangely, after contacting Nationwide I received an email from swisstool saying that they had FINALLY processed my order.
I received my order today, and excitedly presented it to my dad, to which he asked 'who's Ben Neary?'.
It seems I have received someone else's personalised order. So I'm guessing myself and Ben are both unhappy with this company.
