Kerry went out of her way to help me get the right policy. She was friendly, patient and more importantly made sure I got the cheapest and correct policy. I am 65 with some pre-existing (but minor) medical conditions which I take medication for. In addition she also filled the application in for me on-line (I had difficulty doing this myself) so that I still got my 10% discount.
