Very good experience

I ordered 2 x 2Gb memory which were delivered the next morning , so a super fast delivery which really impressed me.
Unfortunately both were defective and had to be returned however the replacements were with me 3 days later and they work fine. I've always thought that the true mark of how a company operates is in how the cope when things go wrong and in this case Mr Memory were 1st class. There were no issues with the return of the goods it was all dealt with professionally.
I will be using them again in the very near future.
