Festive Lights

After sales appalling - it's not just all about the product - no customer service

Before I ordered a set of lights I asked festive lights if they had a memory as I wanted the lights to come on every night in the 'steady-on' mode (i.e. not twinkling). Festive lights replied that they would memorise their last setting. Sadly, this was not the case as 24 hours after my first switch on and setting to steady on, the lights just reset themselves back to twinkling.

I emailed festive lights and politely asked for their advice - no response. I tried an alternative email address (customer service, not sales) - still no response. Lastly I used their online web form - three attempts and not one acknowledgement. So, money wasted on a product that is not fit for purpose and a company that doesn't care - be very wary of this before you buy and consider putting your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Hi Stuart, as you have not provided your full name I cannot look into the details for your order, however I can say that all customer emails are replied to and so it is not conceivable that three separate emails will have been ignored. If I can ask that you please check your email junk folder, as replies will often end up in there. Failing this, please phone the office where someone can try to resolve the issue.
