Ordered some Tom Ford glasses in a colour that wasn't even available online. They got back to every question I asked extremely quickly and the service was really personal. They could not have been any more helpful. The process was easy and quick. The spectacles were ordered in specially and with me in about a week. Excellent service, I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend the company.
I wanted some Hunters that were out of stock and they reserved me a pair when they came in. They have an excellent choice of colours and are cheaper than anywhere else. They arrived in 24 hours and I was updated by text at every point of despatch. And they give a percentage of profits to charity (you can even choose from three nominated ones). Always buy my boys' wellies from here.
I placed an order for some Tom Ford frames a couple of weeks before Christmas, they arrived after a couple of weeks and the arms were out of kilter (I just placed them on a flat service and one was 1cm higher than the other). I returned them, they reordered them and the second pair (supposedly quality control passed) was exactly the same. I sent these back and then received an e-mail to say that their 'technicians' had fixed the problem.
Now, anybody that wear glasses knows that once a hinge had been bent there is forever a weakness. And I didn't pay for glasses that had been bent back into line.
The service was slow and the quality of the products that they sent me was not acceptable. I opted for a refund and gave up in the end.
