Exceptional customer service

We purchased a the Oyster plush travel system just over a year ago. The advice/customer service in the shop was brilliant. We made a great choice and I totally love my buggy! Had a couple of blips with it and one telephone call to the staff at Lesters and the problem was pencilled in to be sorted.
Outstanding after sales service at this shop - don't know anywhere else with any where near as good service.
