I have never known a company to be so on the ball for internet ordering.

Ordered product around 07-50. Received an email at 9am to say product had been packed and despatched. I expected the order a couple of days later but received it the following morning. Basically it only took 24 hours to order and recieve my product. Well pleased is an understatement.

Liars crap company & crap customer service

Received text & email on Sunday 13th jan stating delivery on Tuesday 15th Jan. I had originally chosen this date for delivery but it was now inconvenient. I chose to re arrange for Thursday 17th Jan. on the morning of the 17th I received a text &email confirming the parcel would be delivered between 15-23 & 16-23. This time slot came and went so I tried to phone DPD at 5-30 but only received an automated message telling me my parcel was on the van for delivery and would be delivered before 8pm. However when I looked at the tracking it said parcel was back at the depot. I sent an email to customer service and received a reply stating that the driver because he had run out of driving hours??? Why put parcels on a van that can't be delivered then DPD? It also said that my delivery would now be delivered tomorrow Friday 18th between 07-30 & 19-30. I replied back to say this was inconvenient because I was in work and if I was to take a secondary day off work that by law DPD would have to reinstate me a days pay, so they would have to deliver before 9-30 am. I received yet another email back stating that delivery would be tomorrow between 07-30 & 17-30 and if this was inconvenient I could re arrange or leave with a neighbour. DPD seem to think that THEIR cock ups are the customers problem. I have told them to send the parcel back to the company and I have also contacted the company I bought the goods from to ask for a full refund and that I will not be shopping with them again. After reading all these bad reviews I am also contacting BBC1 watchdog programme to highlight the incompetence of DPD.

I'm very sorry that the driver ran out of time on the first delivery attempt. I see that the parcel is due for delivery this morning. I have passed on your request to customer services that you wish for the parcel to be sent back to the sender.
