TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DEAD FLOWERS.

I ordered some flowers for my mum for Mothering Sunday. I asked for them to be delivered on Saturday, but they arrived on Friday, when no one was in. The flowers that were delivered were dying! Some of the flowers were actually dead. There were brown bits on some of the flowers.

Absolutely terrible - the worst quality flowers I have ever seen.

I contacted them immediately and asked for an immediate refund - they told me to send them an email with pictures of the flowers which I did. when I then rang them to ask about the refund again, they said they hadn't got round to reading my email as they have 'thousands' of emails to deal with!!! Yes, they virtually admitted having thousands of complaints!!

Finally, having spoken to several people who weren't the slightest bit of use whatsoever, I finally spoke to someone who seemed to deal with complaints all the time - she certainly knew the process! She has now acknowledged my complaint, via email, and promised my refund would be made within 3 days. 2 days to go....

Summary - awful company. Avoid. Don't risk it.
