Bought items after seeing images on Amazon storefront. Not as deep a colour on arrival so called to send back. Customer Services were quite brusque, said it was tough, would not exchange, and I had to pay for postage to return them before they would consider any refund, even though Amazon confirmed all marketplace sellers must conform to Amazon standard of paying for returns of faulty goods.
Luckily bought through Amazon so have filed a claim against them. Will never use again nor recommend.
They don't care about you, your business, only about overcharging you for an inadequate & appalling below par service. I lost count how many times I had to call them when services fell over; final straw came when they shut my site down completely despite being assured it wouldn't - my entire online magazine & email disappeared on the biggest business day of the year. And apparently you can't downgrade, shut down unwanted services - no solutions or problem solving - only utter rudeness & threats. I now have debt collecting sharks after me. On the bright side, I have a fantastic new hosting company who are charging me a quarter of what Fasthosts did for a far superior product & service.
Ordered DVD box set on 27th December. Money taken from my account immediately. Did not arrive until 12th January though allegedly was in stock when I placed the order. When it did finally arrive, the box was damaged. I contacted the seller through Amazon and got little but platitudes and excuses.
I have finally filed an Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee Claim for a refund and will never use this company again. And if you look at the Amazon seller feedback, you will see that it is poor over December 2012 & January 2013 - pretty much a 20% complaint rate.
