Very responsive, timely, and caring

I ordered flowers for my boyfriend for the first time via this site. They followed my instructions well and delivered the flowers at the time I requested (which is supposedly rare for flowershops around the Kensington area, as I had read on reviews). Along with the flowers, I ordered a teddy bear. When the flowers arived, my boyfriend was surprised and loved them!! The teddy bear he recieved, however, was not the bear shown on the site. When I emailed to let them know, eFlorist replied the very next morning, apologizing and stating that they would refund my money for the bear. They were a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, and very timely. The flowers were of good quality and looked identical to the picture online. I was very pleased with the service I had recieved, and my boyfriend was very pleased with his flowers. I will definitely order from them again!
