I've ordered in the past and have been pleased with products and services.
However, last order was not delivered, no communication from Hermes their courier. After an escalating I as told items had been "lost" but were in fact returned back to CT. 4 emails from 4 different people and no explanation or real attempt to resolve situation: lots of "sorry" but little action suggests CT are not concerned with my future custom.
