Order for Bose QC 3 headphones placed on 8th January for free over night delivery by ParcelForce. Order receipt received and confirmation of despatch by ParcelForce on the 9th, who sadly got Aldershot confused with a GLASGOW postcode and sent the parcel to their Aldershot depot for delivery! On informing Weybridge, they checked into it and confirmed the parcel would be delivered on the 11th (24 hours late). Midday came and went and I had to go out for a meeting, so left a note on the front door asking PF to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. On returning 2 hours later, I found a postcard from PF informing me that I could collect the parcel from my local post office - but not until the 12th!!!! As the delivery was free of charge to me I have no real problem apart from the total inefficiency of PF, I hope Weybridge got a refund! I would certainly recommend Weybridge to anyone with the proviso they find a better courier.
