I have never heard of any other companies who manage to deliver a parcel to the incorrect address twice. Apparently you only correspond by email and take 48h to get back to sender's enquiry to confirm that you have delivered a parcel to the incorrect address, then take another 48 to collect it and re-deliver. I was supposed to receive that parcel 2 weeks ago.
