Good service in general but still needs some improvement

Globally the service is good, I have only one issue which is that I had a Entropay master card which has been supended ( service discountinued) and since that time I never had any information about how to get a new Master Card or about what's goinf on with this facility. That's the most important issue that I had. Secondly some time back I had a communication problem in term of delay with entropay representant and as well i had a big delay ( more than 7 days) of clearing incoming funds from Visa merchant.

Hi Stephane,

To be honest this is something we are working on reactivating ASAP! Unfortunately, the issues are outside of our control. We are expecting a full reinstatement of the service as soon as our banking partner (which has replaced the original banking partner who is unable continue providing the service) has completed arrangements with MasterCard - once we’re back live we will send out notifications to all users. I looked into the second issue and it seems to be an isolated case, apologies for the experience you have received. Our customer service response times are generally really good.
