Purchases via promtional e-mail offering 12% discount don't work
I was looking for a gift for my wife and saw a promotional e-mail offering 12% off everything on 12/12/12, so I ordered a charm via the website and entered the promotional code. Everything went well with the order and the charm arrived promptly but despite entering it twice and the website sendng a message that the code had been applied, the 12% discount code didn't actually work and they charged me the full price. I shall be very sceptical of these offers again in the future.

that particular offer had 3 brand exclusions, and these were prominently displayed on the banner, Pandora, Thomas Sabo and Nomination. I have emailed you a copy of the banner separately as I cannot post it here. I am sorry that you were disappointed that you did not receive this discount, but we are unable to discount Pandora items, unless with specific instruction from Pandora.
