Good service, friendly efficient staff
Bought a replacement Aster 5ti motor for my gate following my original unit sustaining damage. The sales staff were helpful, however took a little prompting to sale a cheaper recon unit than a new one. Recieved unit following overnight delivery. Recon unit OK except power lead had been cut a little short - suppose disadvantage of buying recon'd.
You get what you pay for!

Our stock of reconditioned motors varies considerably, in that we don't always have stock of all motor variations at all times. Whereas we always have stock of new motors and it would be this that led to you being offered the new motor and us requiring a prompt to check that we had stock of the reconditioned unit.
Our reconditioned motors come with the same warranty as new motors but will have slight cosmetic issues. We are more than happy to check motors prior to shipping to make you aware of any issues up front if required.
