Beyond Television

Made the right decision.

Initiially I was a bit doubtful if I would receive a good service due to paying substantially less for our washing machine then any other supplier I could find on the web,
When I did not receive any email confirmation of the purchase this made me even more concerned, they also seem to be a bit more security conscious with payment clearance and this can take a few days, that was not a problem.
I did check the status daily on the account to see if all was well and when this was updated to despatched I was quite pleased.
The driver called just before delivery and he was very helpfull as it wasn't an easy job getting the washing machine into the kitchen at the back of the house, delivery was made on a Saurday and free.
Now the wife is very happy with our new washing machine so far so good.
To sum up, my one and only gripe is more communication such as an email confirming despatch would be usefull.
