RUBBISH SERVICE: FAILED TO KEEP PROMISE TO CUSTOMER

Goods ordered 10 Jan 2013 I paid £4.99 for next day/24hr delivery. I was told in email to expect delivery 11 Jan 2013. However Goods were not delivered until 16 Jan 2013 an additional Five Days Late. I have send a email to your sales however this has been totally ignored and I have not received a reply. You can expect to see Ebay Negative feedback to reflect very poor the service provided i.e. delivery/ lack of communication as you did not reply to my emails.
