Proffessional, Knowledgeable and Friendly

I ordered some malaria tablets for a trip to Goa. I received a call from TravelPharm to say they could supply the tablets I ordered, but because Goa had moved up to a higher risk status, the tablets I ordered may not provide the protection. I thought here we go, they are recommending a more expensive tablet, but this wasn't the case. They refunded my money within two days and the tablets they recommended were not only those recommended by my doctor, but were cheaper than my original choice.
I cannot praise the service and friendliness of TravelPharm enough. I'll certainly continue using them.
