Good service but expensive postage

We have a trade account with Ironmongery direct, I find their service very good and they are always friendly on the phone, quick to resolve any issues. However one persisting problem is their trade account pages tend to time out a lot with error messages not displaying your order history but this doesn't affect the customer experience too much. Cheaper postage costs would also be appreciated for trade customers to help in the moments you're caught short for decent ironmongery.
