I love the products on this website and had a great discount offered through an email- the little surprise extra in the parcel goes to show how they make sure their customer is looked after!

Communication was confusing- eventually resolved but only 1 out of 3 products received

I ordered 2 dresses and 1 headband. I tracked the order which was marked as dispatched and I waited. I then received an email stating that my refund of part of the money had been sent but no explanation as to why or what the money was refunding. I contacted boohoo customer services who replied quickly to explain and to offer a 10% discount if I ordered with them again. I then worked out I would be still paying £3.95 on a £2 headband as the two dresses were out of stock- this was refunded when I contacted boohoo again. Resolved well but items surely shouldn't be marked as dispatched if not even available!

We are a very popular and fast moving site we can on occasion experience a stock difference due to several customers trying to purchase the same item at once. We allocate the stock on a first come-first served basis and all our products are subject to availability.
