I ordered 2 dresses and 1 headband. I tracked the order which was marked as dispatched and I waited. I then received an email stating that my refund of part of the money had been sent but no explanation as to why or what the money was refunding. I contacted boohoo customer services who replied quickly to explain and to offer a 10% discount if I ordered with them again. I then worked out I would be still paying £3.95 on a £2 headband as the two dresses were out of stock- this was refunded when I contacted boohoo again. Resolved well but items surely shouldn't be marked as dispatched if not even available!
