Good and trustworthy

Wanted to order some RAM for a notebook, and used the automated finder on the site, which did not find the exact type, but suggested some RAM that should work. Then after putting in the order, I was contacted by an Orca representitive that asked for a specific type number on the computer, and through that found out that I needed a different type of RAM. Orca offered me this at the same price. Excellent service by Orca, I am very pleased.
