I was looking to buy my dad a wireless headphones for christmas- I knew I wanted bluetooth as it can be used with more gadgets then just a TV (which is what he wanted them for), I tried calling for advise on a set of headphones twice, both times I wanted on hold for a long period of time (15 min) to speak to a specialist only got cut off. I also emailed - no response. It was getting close to christmas and in the end decided to go for a pair which I thought didn't need a bluetooth adapter.
On arrival I went through the box only to find that they did need an adapter - Sennheiser ones cost about £60 so I was throughly disappointed. I tried calling again for support and advise over which adapter to get - no answer / on hold for 15 minutes if not more, I tried calling a number of times. In the end I went to another website.
The website raves about good customer service and support, which is why I was keen to buy through them, however, I couldn't disagree with this more.
