I had the end of November transferred money into Brazil, unfortunately this is still not paid to the account of the recipient. According to Swift message but the money has been booked at the bank. All account information was correct.
Since I call almost daily with colleagues from you to get the money back, unfortunately without success.
Now I am for weeks in contact with colleague, unfortunately without result.
I would finally have a solution!
