Nobody can't really help

I had the end of November transferred money into Brazil, unfortunately this is still not paid to the account of the recipient. According to Swift message but the money has been booked at the bank. All account information was correct.

Since I call almost daily with colleagues from you to get the money back, unfortunately without success.

Now I am for weeks in contact with colleague, unfortunately without result.

I would finally have a solution!

Sorry that you are having this problem Dirk. We cannot discuss too many specific details on this web site, but please be assured that we are in regular contact with the recipient bank attempting to resolve this problem. It is very rare that a bank denies receiving funds when we can prove that we sent them correctly and in full.

It must be very frustrating for you. We too hope that there is a solution as soon as possible and we will continue to work on this issue. Xendpay Team
