I e-mailed them several times before getting any response. I told them the part that I needed, which was a bbq leg and foot. They sent me through a weblink to order the parts I needed. When they sent the leg through, the foot was missing. When I chased this response was 'as per our web site, the foot is listed separately to order'. I've pointed out that I had requested from them the details for what I needed to order, so that's what I ordered. I sent this e-mail two days ago and have heard nothing back. Further more, if I was to accept that this was my fault, I now have to pay another delivery charge of £5.99 for a small plastic foot!
