I do love Dorothy Perkins as I think they are great for staple pieces.
I gave never had a problem with the quality or fit although I do think their prices could be more competitive.
I recently placed an order for nominated day delivery which turned into a nightmare due to the substandard service of Yodel who make all the DP express deliveries.
I did receive an apology from Dorothy Perkins, an offer of free delivery (err, no thanks, not until you get rid of Yodel) and assurance that they had made a complaint with Yodel also.
Because of being let down when I had actually needed what I ordered on a specific date I am unlikely to order online again.
However, if I'm on the high street and DP have a sale them I might consider popping in.
I find Ocado to be too pricey for a general shop for beans, milk, bread etc but I do a bulk shop about once a month or so for the vegan goods they stock that my local supermarket does not.
I have never had a problem with items not being in stock or substitutes being made. I usually need my deliveries at obscure times due to me being an international spy.
Ocado always manage to get me my bowl of porridge and pint of coffee despite the constant foul weather and savages that I live with.
The drivers are always very polite and professional and I cannot fault any of them that have visited. They always offer to bring the bags into my kitchen and recycle any others.
I wish the delivery charges were not so astronomical however and I think a few of the store cupboard essentials could be more reasonably priced, these are the only reason I am not doing my weekly shop with them.
Have used Boohoo.com a couple of times during the New Year sales and each time the packages arrived within two days - even though I selected the cheapest and longest delivery option.
The items I have purchased seem true to size and of a good quality.
Very happy and have already eyed a few more things I fancy.
Keep up the good work Boohoo!
Ordered some garments with a specific day for delivery - Friday 3rd Jan which I paid a small fortune for.
Checked the tracking information which stated my package was out for delivery. Waited and waited and waited.
By 10.30pm I assumed the bad weather had prevented them from getting out and bad customer service had got in the way of informing me.
The following morning I check the tracking info. Apparently they had tried to deliver the previous evening and left a calling card.
Out of bed I jumped in search of my calling card.
I knew it wouldn't be there as no one had entered our property at any point the previous day but y'know, I gave Yodel the benefit of the doubt.
Same story for Saturday. They had tried to deliver and left a calling card that became invisible once it fell through my door.
The way our property is means no one can get near the front door without someone inside being aware so these attempts to deliver were pure fiction.
My parcel finally arrived 4 days later and only after I went to the driver who was wandering around at a neighbours downstairs.
I would rather use a carrier pigeon than Yodel and would avoid any companies that have their deliveries through this company.

I purchased a subwoofer as a birthday gift for my partner and a google search found Car Audio Centre to be the least expensive for the particular one I wanted, and the postage was free :-)
To be honest the website is a bit shoddy and a voice at the back of my head was worried I had just made a payment to some unscrupulous sorts bank account. However, I took the plunge vowing to write a stern letter to Watchdog if there was any funny business.
Whaddyaknow, the subwoofer arrived the very next day! Nicely packaged and from what I can remember there was tracking updates available.
There was a reciept included in the box but I have no need to refer to it as all is well.
My partner was a very happy chap on his birthday and now has swanky subwoofer in his car that will never be used as he always has our kids in the car :-)
Would and no doubt certainly will be using Car Audio Centre again and I can honestly say it was a trouble free transaction.

I needed some specific bits but did not have the time to go to either the pharmacy or see my GP.
I was a bit hesitant to order medication online but I took the plunge following reading up on Pharmacy First.
The items arrived around 4 days later which was great.
My own grumble would be the postage costs which are quite high if you are just ordering a couple of small items.
However if I was stuck I would use Pharmacy First again.
Purchased a mixtrack pro a good few months ago and put it aside as a Christmas present.
Some of the software didnt work when opened. Despite me buying it about 5 months earlier Soundware sorted out the software for me - was a duff code sent from manufacturer nothing to do with Soundware.
The after-sales service is above and beyond. Fantastic customer service.
I would definately recommend Soundware and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
Many, many thanks.
