Soundware Great, Delivery Naff

I was really impressed with the advice and help of the staff at Soundware and their website so decided to by from them rather than my local store on that basis. However, the delivery was painful. Someone stayed in all day to receive the delivery but it never turned up. Apparently, they tried to deliver but no one was in! Next day someone stayed in all day but it never turned up - it was mistakenly left at the warehouse for pick up. 3rd day stayed in all day and I finally got delivery from miserable bloke at 5pm.
But I would use Soundware again definitely.
