Product good, but customer service processes flawed

I ordered some maternity tights, these came great, really happy. I then tried to order some sale items, my urchase was accepted, but then refunded 24hrs when it was realised the stock wasn't there - shame the website couldn't be linked to stock numbers. Then this week I got a message saying myoriginal order had been dispatched 6 weeks after order. After a call and email, I got a short email saying that it had been sent in error - I really hope it has and I haven't been charged!

All in all, likely to use another supplier in the future.

Good at handling returns

Really good value, no quibble returns policy, so really happy with the service and will use again
