The Snugg

Wrong item delivered first, substitute sent with insufficient address, took long for refund

I ordered a case cover for a Galaxy Note 10.1 and received a cover for Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. After contact The Snugg and they resend on December 27, 2012. Since order didn't arrived, contacted again on January 11, 2013 and find out the item was sent back by US Postal Service because insufficient address. I was offered a refund that should it be reflected in my account by January 14, 2013. I contacted The Snugg again on January 18, 2013, cause I didn't received the refund. This time they promised a refund in 3 to 7 working days, though a received the refund in a few minutes after the chat ended. Even though they responded to my claim responsibly, the experience was awful. I ended buying another cover at Best Buy to protect my Tablet.
