Great showroom displays and sales assistants in store very good and helpful.

Great online web page including live chat room facilities. Goods online reflect the goods in the showroom. A few teething problems with the live chat room.. We had some returns to go back and it would have been helpful to have a named person from the beginning to follow through to the end and receive feedback on any progress, without us having to chase up.
