Absolutely awful post sales services. Initial order did not get processed, after checking I was advised to re-order and now I have been charged twice! No customer service, no way of speaking to anyone that can help and they can not get emails through to any of my accounts, so they are posting me an address label. I have to pay for the return and they may give me a refund!!!!!!
So wished I hadn't ordered from cablesuk, worst online retail experience I have ever had.
I had these sent as a birthday present for my Mum. I thought the choice was ok, but limited. However, it didn't really matter as the order was nothing like the picture/description. Fortunately what was delivered was very good and Mum thought they were beautiful.
