A 600 pounds Casio Watch ( code EQW-A1000DC-1AER ) was advertised on their website for 500, I thought COOL , 100 pounds save I will go for this ....what a mistake . .when the watch did not turn up after 2 weeks I phoned them and got this response :"Thank you for the order (59333) you placed with us on 17/11/2012. We've just received notice of a lead time change from our stock control department which affects the original delivery timescales stated in your order.
Please note that the new estimated availability date given above is the best possible date we can provide at this time. Rest assured that should this date move forward or backwards, we will keep you fully informed by email.New Delivery Date: 03/12/2012
..."Of course nothing turned up on the 3rd so I phoned them again just to be told that they can't sell it anymore for 500 , is 600 now as Casio refuses to do any deals on these watches. I asked for my money back and they said fine I should have a refund within 5 days...and waited ..,.and waited ...and phoned them again just to be told now that it can take up to a month for a refund....so I waited and waited ...and nothing was refunded to my account...When the month passed I phoned the bank to report them as making fraudulent transactions , the bank told me to try one more time with them and tell them that the bank is involved now and BINGO!! within a few hours the money were back into my account...
My advice...look at my experience with them and ask yourself " Am I really prepared to go through something like this , am I really prepared to let them use my money for a month and half and only get it back when I really threten them?"..
