Good, but can improve

Order placement was easy, and shipment was prompt. Downside - poor packaging and product didn't match up to how it looked , and how it was presented, on the website.

If you purchased it before 30 days ago you can most likely return it using our free returns label (Apparel, Footwear & Accessories) which should have come with the parcel (Alternatively, it can be downloaded from our website here: http://www.golfbase.co.uk/t-returns.aspx )

If you could let us know which item you didn't feel matched up to the item you received we would very much like to get this amended immediately.
