Appalling service just look at facebook and twitter accounts for the feedback

Do not use this site.

Ordered and given 21day max turnaround time. A month later no delivery so I raise a query on their website to which I get a response saying I will get a reply in 5 working days as they are busy. No reply so chased and get the same response.

I then post negative comment with a link to online review site with hundreds of negative reviews. Within 10 minutes the post was removed, I was blocked and I receive and email simply saying my order is updated to urgent.

They want you to phone as it is premium rate and it seems they only fulfil orders to people who chase them through twitter and Facebook.

Scammers who have changed the name of their company a number of times.


No issues until today when only received an email and not the usual text

DPD have always been reliable and deliver within the identified window. Unfortunately today I got no text as normal and arrived home to find the yellow card of doom. I checked my phone, definitely no text, oh no I have an email instead this time confirming delivery during the one hour I was out. Oh well I have contacted them and asked if they can contact the driver and ask him to retry this afternoon.

If you want to speak to a person then it is the same trick as with any other company, chose the option that requires you to pay more money. By choosing to hear more about changing to a Saturday delivery you can get through to a customer service person who can contact depots and drivers directly.

Unfortunately they cannot confirm if the driver will retry, only that he has been given a message. Would be better to just say yes or no. I have to wait til 6 and then if no joy re-book online to collect from the depot tomorrow.

Good but a little extra would be perfect.
