Ordered at 11am for same day delivery. Then received an email to advise that due to helicopter accident whether it was possible to make delivery next day. Contacted customer services and within 1minute of talking to one operator was put through to the relevant person who had agreed to try make delivery at later time. Another email followed to advise that delivery would be made later in the evening. Delivery made at 5pm earlier than I expected and made someones day! So thumbs up to iFlorist!
