I discovered this company after a simple Google search, wanting to buy a Nikon D3200. I found this place, fantastic price and everything appeared genuine. I ordered it, and afterwards decided to find out a little bit more about the company. I wish I had done my research first!
This is a New York, US company with nothing more than a mail box for a UK address. Everything is run from the US, including their customer service and support. I don't want a camera that was destined for the US market, so I wanted to cancel my order. Tried calling and couldn't get through. Went to the bank this morning to get the transaction blocked and what do I find? A charge on my card from a Japanese restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. Coincidence?! The fraud has been reported to the bank and is now in their hands. Needless to say, I will not be going ahead with my order from this company and I advise anyone never to touch them.
Something funny I've just noticed. They have a plugin on their Facebook page with which you can view recent reviews here on Trustpilot... but only the 5 star ones!
