I placed an order over the internet, through your website, for a particular item and I was sent a completely different design. Before it arrived I noticed that you had sent me the incorrect product, and we sent an email stating that the product that you had sent was a completely different model and design. When we finally got the chance to speak to someone they said that they sent that product because they simply didnt have it anymore. But, it shows on the website that it is available for purchase! It was a waste of time and patience. I spent 3 weeks waiting for the product to arrive and the dissappointment of this experience left a very bad taste in re-using your services.
