Great service - independent opinion by adviser.- no pressure whatsoever!!

Adviser extremely helpful - just a pity not able to speak to face to face - but geographics prohibitive - despite this have no qualms in recommending KeyRS as good independent advice for Equity Release. No details hidden, obvious that adviser not working for just one provider to obtain commission! Had seen ad in Daily Express and other customer comments - had reservations, but to date delighted with advice and service. Good communication so far! Equity release transaction not completed but it is hoped that transaction and application will be favourable. Disappointing that not told that KeyRS were moving offices made communication with our adviser not possible. Hope he will do so when informed we had called. Now just have to wait for valuation report and to be told if our application is approved by provider"!
