Perfect service from processing my order to the mattress+bed being brought into my home.

I ordered a bed and a mattress which were both shipped with incredible speed.
on the day I was expecting delivery it had been snowing so I wasn't sure if they would still be delivered.
no problem I went onto the mattressman website seeking a phone number but found something even better! live help on their website via a chat window with a member of their support where I encountered a customer support agent that was able to contact the courier company and confirm my mattress would be delivered come hell or high water !
the actual delivery driver was in a good mood and and phone called 5 minutes ahead of the delivery so I would be ready for him.
I see nothing else they could have done to improve customer service or the speed of which my order went from processing to dispatched.
