Strings Direct

Great prices and even better service. Fantastic.

I've been using Strings Direct for many years now and I've always been completely satisfied with their better than competitive prices and prompt delivery. But recently they went above and beyond. I placed an order in the usual fashion and then subsequently found that one of the items could be found cheaper elsewhere. I sent a casual email to them and got an almost immediate response asking to specify said item. Given that I'd already paid, and it was most likely already packed and shipped(!), I was offered any item(s) to the value of the difference and all was good.
