Delivery of quite a different product to that ordered
Previous experience has been very positive but on this occasion, apart from the quick delivery, the prodcut received was rather different from that ordered.
The order was for the advertised "Plain Knob - Porcelain • 40mm knob diameter • 25mm base diameter (base)", but the knob delivered was ~35mm with a 32mm base.
This suggests that either the online description needs updating or the link between warehouse and website is broken.
Returns without a problem but it just causes hassle on all sides.
