Very disapointed with the way customers are treated.
I really tried to be polite and comprehensive, but I think in the end it was not very reciprocical, in spite of what appears very nice answers...
I first placed an order on a Nokia Lumia 920 White.
After one week, and as my order was still on hold, I contact them again, only to discover that they were out of stock. They told me there was a problem regarding their stock.
Fine, but still they offered this product, and keep on offering it as I write.
And they offered me to either change my order or ask for a refund.
After a back and forth of email, and the incapacity to contact them on the phone as they claim, I asked for a refund.
But as they tend to take at the VERY LEAST one day to process a SINGLE SIMPLE request, I guess I'll have to wait another 5 days to MAYBE, have a hint regarding my refund.
I am willing to change my evaluation if I get a honest answer regarding all those issues.
Je ne recommande absolument pas en l'état, et attend de voir si le site est plus prompt à au moins me rembourser et me laisser passer ma commande ailleurs au plus vite: comme je leur ai précisé rapidement, mes jours sont comptés et je souhaitais dès le début recevoir le produit rapidement; le MOINS qu'il était possible de faire était de me donner une réponse rapide... Et pas d'attendre mon contact pour me répondre, à raison d'une réponse par jour (et encore...)
