I'm very disappointed

I'm very disappointed with this service. I used it to send money to my son on january the 9th. He hasn't recieved the money yet.
I send a request. I received an email from xendpay saying that in 24 hours I'll will recieve ans answer. I haven't an answer yet.
I asked my bank to check where the money is an they told me that you sent it on january the 14th.
I cheked just now that my son don't have the money.
