Didnt inform me of no stock when the web site said there was stock available

disappointed due to purchasing lights for a school disco in plenty of time, the site said lights were available, not receiving them by the said date and when i spoke to the shop on the telephone i was told they would not be in for at least another month. No lights at the kids disco! they did eventually arrive when said after a long wait. If i had known i would not have ordered them in the first place. Verbal apology over the phone but im sorry people want more than that now so i will not be using or recommending the company again. given that we purchase PA equipment and i have just personally bought 2 flight cases, a set of active monitors with passive connecting speakers and also a wireless microphone system that is a few quid missed out on.

We have recently changed the way that special order items are displayed on our website and reviewed delivery times in response to customer feedback such as yours. We are also working hard to update customers more quickly if delays should arise. The vast majority of orders are dispatched promptly with all stock items sent by next day timed courier service.
