I have a G5620SC dishwasher - it really is a great dishwasher....quiet and never let me down. The sliding cutlery tray has broken which is really annoying as it keeps dropping down. All I need is the yellow slider to be replaced and I can fit it myself. The trouble is I rang customer services and after three attempts could not get through at all. Each time after approximately 13 minutes on hold, the crackled music stops and the phone just goes dead. When you pay over a thousand pounds for a dishwasher that has a 10 year guarantee I expect better service than this. I don't want a technician, just a little part that I am prepared to fit myself.........but I can't even get through to customer services! But I have listened to numerous recordings of "your call is very important to us" Mmmm is it Miele?
Arrived a day late even after checking. Packaging says guaranteed for 10 years, website says 15 years but no details about what is covered. Tried to contact about failed delivery but DAPW ignored me.
