I ordered my tyres and tracking online with a specific date and morning booking and took the advice of the website to phone ahead to confirm a time-complete waste of time-just told to come in as early as possible. On arrival I said that I could leave my car for two hours and was assured that the work would be done in that time. When I returned two hours later my car had not been touched so I complained and job was then done in reasonable time. I might not have made these comments but to add insult to injury I was offered as compensation a future 1/2 price MOT and a rechecking of my tracking in a month's time-both of which were available to any customer-BIG DEAL!
