NOT HELPFUL. RECTIFIEING OWN FAULT

ORDERED ONLINE. RECIVED ITEM WELL PACKED. OPENED ITEM BOX WAS OPENED ALREADY TOOK ITEM OUT. IT HAD SCRATCHES ALL OVER LIKE IT HAD BEEN USED OR FAULTY RETURN. I TOOK PITURES AND EMAILED THEM. THIS WAS ON FRIDAY EVENING. RANG MONDAY CONFIRM RECIVED EMAIL. RELEVENT PERSON BE NOTIFIED. HEARD NOTHING. RANG THEM WEDNESDAY 16.00. EXPLAINED CAME TO UNDERSTANDING THEY REPLACE ITEM WHEN PICKING UP. ITEM PICKED UP NO REPLACEMENT. RANG FRIDAY LATE AFERNOON. THEY COULD'NT SENT NEW ITEM TIL NEXT WEEK. NO DAY GURANTEED. I ASKED CANCEL ORDER. ORDER CANCELED NO REMORSE.
