THIS WAS ON FRIDAY EVENING. RANG MONDAY CONFIRM RECIVED EMAIL. RELEVENT PERSON BE NOTIFIED. HEARD NOTHING. RANG THEM WEDNESDAY 16.00. EXPLAINED CAME TO UNDERSTANDING THEY REPLACE ITEM WHEN PICKING UP. ITEM PICKED UP NO REPLACEMENT. RANG FRIDAY LATE AFERNOON. THEY COULD'NT SENT NEW ITEM TIL NEXT WEEK. NO DAY GURANTEED. I ASKED CANCEL ORDER. ORDER CANCELED NO REMORSE.
