So impressed with the customer service I received:)

Rang up n placed my order as they honoured a price promise for North Face Metropolis jacket, they were cheapest and gave me free delivery!!!
Then before I received the item I found it cheaper in Blacks, i rang up n explained the situation and they gave me the difference bak on my card no questions asked!
I was really pleased with the customer service by Lucy n the product:) wud recommend the company and will buy from the site again :)
